I am an accomplished mediator, attorney, and conflict-resolution educator dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations find clarity and consensus through structured, compassionate communication. With a foundation in law and alternative dispute resolution, I have built my career on empowering people to transform conflict into collaboration. My experience spans: court-connected mediation (small claims, landlord-tenant, and family matters), organizational and workplace mediation, family/divorce mediation, as well as professional skills development for mediators including facilitative and trauma-informed practices.
Through Gemini Mediation & Coaching LLC (GMC), I promote the expansion of mediation and conflict-coaching services emphasizing collaborative, relationship-driven resolution, professional excellence in mediator development, and the capacity of authentic dialogue to cultivate empathy, understanding, and shared growth among individuals, families, and organizations.
I began practicing law in Massachusetts in 2009 with a focus on family law. I received my mediation training certificate in 2011 after quickly realizing that long nights during the discovery phase preparing for trial was not ideal. I mentored with a couple MA based family law firms and did pro bono work in Boston. Most cases would settle in the 11th hour only after clients had spent thousands of dollars keeping them tethered to their conflict until someone caved. I knew there was a better, more cost effective way for clients to accomplish durable agreements together. While not every case will be suitable for mediation, many are.
For almost fifteen years, I have volunteered and worked in the alternative dispute resolution field. My experience includes: basic, family/divorce, elder, workplace, and landlord/tenant mediation training, conciliation, collaborative law, and advanced conflict coaching. I served as the Director of Mediation at a non-profit in Massachusetts for 9 years. My greatest joy is mentoring others through education and collaboration.
