Civil Mediation

Service Description

Civil Mediation is a voluntary, non-binding process where parties discuss settlement options with the assistance of a trained neutral Mediator. If an agreement is reached, it is memorialized in writing and becomes an enforceable contract. If not, parties remain free to pursue litigation without prejudice.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 24+ hours prior to your session to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so results in a cancellation fee of $100 per person. Two or more incidents may result in removal from our client list.
