Divorce Mediation

Service Description

Divorce Mediation holds space for spouses to negotiate issues such as property division, alimony, child support, and parenting arrangements. Parties must jointly provide full financial disclosures and engage in good-faith negotiation to resolve all disputed matters. All agreements by both parties are reduced to writing into a final divorce decree and submitted to the court for approval. Once approved, it becomes binding. Mediations are scheduled in blocks of two-hours. Parties choose how they want to split the fees.
