Family Mediation

Service Description

Family Mediation can include pre or post marital issues, grandparent visitation, property disputes among family members, inheritance matters, etc. Sometimes parties are seeking an agreement that has the effect of becoming a contract that can later be enforced in court if broken. Other times, there may already be an active or past court case (as in post-divorce matters) and parties are seeking mediation services to avoid further litigation. Mediations are scheduled in blocks of two-hours. Parties choose how they want to split the fees.
