Service Description
Workplace Mediation is a process that helps employees resolve conflicts or disputes through open dialogue and mutual understanding. It aims to improve communication, rebuild working relationships, and find mutually agreeable solutions without formal disciplinary action. Employer pays the mediation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us 24+ hours prior to your session to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so results in a cancellation fee of $100 per person. Two or more incidents may result in removal from our client list.
